Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
* Unused and in their original condition
* Returned in the original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Gift cards
* Final sale items
* Personalized or customized products
* Items damaged due to misuse
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process.
